Job summary

Maymont Homes is seeking a Construction Analyst to support nationwide renovation and construction operations for our single-family rental portfolio. You will manage budgets, coordinate vendors, and schedule activities to ensure timely delivery of projects across multiple markets.

The role requires strong budgeting, project management, and Excel skills, with a focus on cost control, data accuracy, and collaboration with Acquisitions, Investment Management, and vendor partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, business, or related field (or equivalent construction experience).
• 2 years of construction experience preferred.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Review renovation budgets and bids to support vendor execution.
• Monitor progress and update internal systems with accurate data.
• Coordinate vendor relationships, inspections, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
