Job summary

Newrez LLC - Servicing in Coppell, TX is seeking a Senior Renovation Project Analyst to lead the Draw Administration process for renovation loans and ensure compliance, training initiatives and escalations are managed effectively.

You will collaborate with Accounting, QC, Government Insuring teams; review documentation; determine eligibility; disbursement approvals; train and lead analysts; manage investor requirements and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years mortgage loan life-cycle experience; /or 2 year Conventional/Government renovation project review experience.
• Experience with FHA 203(k) & HomeStyle Renovation processing is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise and assist internal business partners with complex project-related inquiries.
• Reviews/analyzes documentation to meet underwriting and investor guidelines.
• Determines project eligibility based on agency/investor guidelines.
• Reviews and approves disbursement requests.
• Communicates and handles complex customer interactions and disputes.
• Conducts quality review of disbursements and daily/weekly/monthly renovation reporting controls.
• Creates and facilitates training for Renovation Project Analysts.
• Leads special projects and initiates process improvements.
• Manages investor regulatory requirements to meet SLAs.
