Job summary

Maymont Homes is seeking a Construction Analyst to support nationwide renovation and construction operations across our single-family rental portfolio. You will manage budgets, coordinate vendors, schedule activities, and track quality and cost performance to ensure projects align with our investment thesis.

This role collaborates with Acquisitions, Investment Management, and vendor partners to deliver timely renovations across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent construction experience.
• Experience in construction, renovation, or project coordination preferred.
• Knowledge of budget vs. actual (BVA) analysis.
• Proficient in Excel for reporting and analytics.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with CMS and project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Review budgets and inspector scopes to prepare bids.
• Evaluate estimates for alignment with investment thesis.
• Approve estimates, change orders, invoices, and schedules.
• Monitor renovation progress and update internal CMS.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and inspections.
• Provide reporting on project status and risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
