Job summary

Newrez seeks a Senior Renovation Project Analyst to lead the Draw Administration process for renovation loans, ensuring compliance and effective escalation handling. You will collaborates with internal stakeholders and drive special projects to improve training and performance.

The role requires 5+ years in mortgage loan life-cycle or renovation project review, with strong analytics and communication skills; FHA/VA/Government experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business/Finance/Accounting.
• 5+ years mortgage loan life-cycle experience; or 2 years Conventional/Government renovation project review experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral & written communication skills with MS Office & SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Advise and assist partners with complex project-related inquiries and ensure documentation meets underwriting guidelines.
• Determine project eligibility based on agency/investor guidelines.
• Review and approve disbursement requests per guidelines.
• Communicate and manage complex customer interactions and disputes.
• Support training initiatives for Renovation Project Analysts.
• Conduct quality reviews of disbursements and renovation reporting controls.
