Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations for senior management and project stakeholders using PowerPoint, synthesizing complex financial data and project updates.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support project decision-making, including scenario and sensitivity modeling and financial impact assessments.
• Develop expertise in the GRE project financial management system, responding quickly to data and analysis requests from senior management and interpreting system data for trend analysis and metric reporting.
• Build and maintain robust financial models in Excel, incorporating project data and assumptions to forecast depreciation, cashflow, and identify early indicators of project performance.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and budgeting processes for Midtown projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency in forecasts and budget submissions.
