Job summary

LaSalle Network, a fast-growing real estate investment firm in downtown Chicago, seeks a Real Estate Project Manager to oversee presale renovation projects and maximize property value. You will develop renovation strategies, manage vendor relationships, timelines, and budgets; analyze market trends; oversee site progress; and prepare reports for stakeholders.

A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of residential renovation or multi-unit asset experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in residential property renovations or multi-unit assets.
• Knowledge of real estate valuation, budgeting, and cost-benefit analysis.
• Ability to interpret market data and buyer trends to inform investment strategies.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute renovation strategies to maximize resale value.
• Manage vendor relationships, timelines, and budgets to ensure efficient project completion.
• Analyze real estate market trends and provide data-driven recommendations for property enhancements.
• Conduct site visits to oversee project progress and quality.
• Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and strategies.
• Track time-sensitive project milestones and provide regular status updates.
