Maymont Homes in Charleston seeks a Construction Analyst to support nationwide renovation operations for its single-family rental portfolio. You will manage budgets, vendor coordination, scheduling, and quality controls to ensure projects align with the investment thesis.

Collaborate with Acquisitions, Investment Management, and vendors to deliver renovations across markets while maintaining data accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent construction experience.
• Relevant experience in renovation/construction coordination.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Mansioni

• Review renovation budgets and scopes; prepare vendor bids.
• Monitor budget-to-actuals and schedule progress across projects.
• Coordinate inspections, change orders, and approvals with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain documentation.
• Provide cross-functional reporting on project status and performance.
