Green Alpha Property in Baton Rouge, LA seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee renovations across our multi-family portfolio. You will manage timelines, budgets, and field operations while coordinating with property managers and leadership to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction management or project management or a related college degree.
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, or subcontractors across multiple active projects.
• Strong ability to manage timelines, budgets, priorities, and operational workflows.
• Familiarity with project tracking or property management software is a plus (Appfolio, Yardi, Entrada).
• Knowledge of compliance, safety, and housing regulations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day renovations across properties, ensuring on-time delivery within scope.
• Deliver compact analyses of on-site renovations to senior leadership.
• Maintain daily renovation trackers with the Director of Operations.
• Conduct routine property inspections to uphold safety and curb appeal.
• Collaborate with property managers and Asset Management to support operations.
• Report on KPIs and suggest operational improvements.
• Monitor renovation expenses and ensure adherence to budgets.
