THS National, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the core branch development and training, ensuring a skilled workforce aligned with organizational goals. You will oversee project initiation and planning across the region, supervise Construction Managers, Project Managers and Superintendents, and drive efficiency through resource allocation and KPI reporting.

The role requires proven experience in construction management and leading diverse teams, with a focus on multifamily renovation

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in construction management or operations.
• Experience leading diverse teams and delivering projects.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and training of personnel within the core branch to ensure a competent and skilled workforce.
• Supervise teams of Construction Managers, Project Managers, and Superintendents to ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage workloads effectively, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately to meet project demands and deadlines.
• Collaborate with Training and Development to perform skill and tool training for scheduling and other operational tasks.
• Support a culture of accountability, professionalism, and high performance within the branch and field teams.
• Partner with HR, Safety and Training to support compliance, training, and team development.
• Maintain awareness of the scope and performance levels of each branch team member.
• Oversee initiation and planning of all projects within the region, aligning with goals.
• Ensure projects have documented schedules reflecting current standings.
• Conduct site visits to verify schedule adherence and reporting.
• Ensure weekly customer reports are generated and sent per defined frequency.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to document daily logs and critical path activities.
• Document changes in project scope and communicate variances.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Oversee budget-to-buyout, ensuring financial health.
• Supervise material purchasing and obtain competitive bids.
• Manage trade partner finance allocation to minimize risk.
• Manage and report on Core5 KPIs across all projects.
• Track performance and financial metrics using dashboards.
• Ensure weekly customer reports are generated and sent as required.
• Document and communicate project scope changes effectively.
• Organize and maintain trades and supplier partners for multifamily projects.
• Encourage National Supplier Partners to streamline procurement.
• Assist in sourcing trade partners for project execution.
• Collaborate with leadership to set revenue goals and operational objectives.
• Lead recurring operations meetings with clear agendas.
• Develop knowledge of THS National’s history, goals, and structure.
