Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management, leasing, or a related leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily operations of the property, ensuring leasing, collections, maintenance coordination, and admin processes.
• Lead and support the on-site team, including Assistant Property Managers, Leasing staff, and Maintenance personnel.
• Make day-to-day operational decisions to resolve issues and uphold property standards.
• Drive occupancy through proactive leasing strategies, renewals, and community engagement.
• Ensure timely rent collection, financial reporting, and compliance with guidelines.
• Serve as primary contact for residents and address concerns professionally.
• Collaborate with Regional leadership to improve performance, curb appeal, and retention.
• Uphold Fair Housing compliance and KH Properties’ core values.
