Job summary

Smart Build in Boston, MA is seeking a Renovation Manager to lead multiple multifamily rehab and CapEx projects. You will manage budgets, schedules, safety procedures, and vendor relationships across client sites, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with OSHA compliance.

You’ll collaborate with property managers and subcontractors, build scalable processes, and drive operational excellence while maintaining a high standard of quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven success in managing multifamily rehab and capex projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills to keep projects on track.
• Solid network of reliable subcontractors across key trades is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Manage multiple rehab and capital projects across client sites.
• Source, evaluate, and manage subcontractors; prepare scopes of work for bids.
• Track inventory, materials, and deliveries; ensure OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate scheduling and procurement; maintain project documentation.
