Job summary

Asset Living is a nationwide property management leader known for its strong portfolio across multifamily and other housing sectors. The Onsite Project Manager will oversee interior and exterior renovation activities on assigned projects and report to the Senior Construction Project Manager.

The ideal candidate brings organized, detail-oriented, and proactive communication skills, plus experience supervising multi-family renovations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; CAM or ARM preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Experience supervising multi-family renovation projects and coordinating subs.
• Willing to travel and be flexible with work hours.

Responsibilities

• Understand the plans, specifications, and project scope.
• Assist in subcontractor and vendor management and purchasing.
• Understand construction schedule and communicate schedule needs to related entities.
• Compile submittals for review.
• Quality control for all facets of renovation project.
• Daily jobsite supervision to monitor construction progress and conformance to contract documents.
