Job summary

Smart Build, based in the Jacksonville area, seeks a Renovation Manager for multifamily renovations to lead rehab and capital projects across client sites. You will drive safety, schedule, and quality while coordinating a wide range of trades.

This role requires strong organizational skills, a track record of managing complex projects, and proficiency with Excel, SmartSheets, and construction management tools to deliver on-time, on-budget results.

Qualifications

• Proven success in managing multifamily rehab and CapEx projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills to keep projects on track.
• Proficiency with Excel, SmartSheets, and construction management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple rehab and CapEx projects across client sites.
• Prepare budgets, scopes of work, and cost breakdowns.
• Organize inventory, materials, and deliveries across locations.
• Maintain OSHA and internal safety compliance.
• Source and manage subcontractors; bidding and evaluation.
• Coordinate production timelines with subcontractors and property teams.
