Job summary

Inc Authority in Reno is seeking a Manager, Sales to lead the Inc Authority / Formation Nation Reno-based sales organization, driving revenue growth and delivering high-quality customer experiences in an onsite call center.

You will develop frontline leaders and sales teams handling inbound, outbound, renewals, and consultative sales, align with LegalZoom governance, use data to run the business, and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture during integration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading sales leaders in a high-volume call center.
• Experience owning revenue targets and forecasting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sales motions (inbound/outbound/renewals).
• Experience with compliance and sales ethics.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual revenue goals across multiple sales motions.
• Lead frontline leaders and sales teams, set expectations, coach, and ensure policy adherence.
• Design and execute sales strategies for inbound, outbound, renewals, and upsell.
• Use KPI data to drive staffing, coaching, and processes.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Finance, Marketing, Product, HR on initiatives.
• Lead change management during integration and automate tooling updates.
