Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of operations management experience.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and comfort with financial reporting.
• Strong working knowledge of safety compliance and operational standards.
• Proven track record in team development and driving results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations — safety, efficiency, compliance, and service quality.
• Maintain facilities, equipment, and assets to uphold professional standards.
• Ensure accountability across teams with clear expectations and oversight.
• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan to meet targets.
• Partner with business development to maintain a pipeline and close new business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Monitor client feedback and drive service improvements for retention.
• Own revenue generation, expense control, and financial forecasting.
• Promote safety-first culture and ensure EHS policy adherence.
