Qualifications

• Associate degree plus 3 years IT experience or high school diploma plus 5 years IT experience required.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Experience with international traffic in arms regulations (ITAR).

Responsibilities

• Provide site support and compliance with Eaton's policies.
• Lead regional improvement initiatives and manage IT service management processes.
• Mentor new hires and manage vendor coordination.

Skills

Intermediate knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to adapt and learn

Knowledge of Office 365 and standard productivity tools

Education

Associate degree in IT or high school diploma with IT experience

Bachelor's degree in IT preferred

Tools

CompTIA A+ certification

ITIL foundations certification
