Job summary

Aaron’s, Inc. is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in Independence, MO. You will coach customers to renew lease agreements and drive payments while building strong relationships over the phone and in person.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with the ability to perform all store functions and multitask effectively.
• Uphold the Aaron’s Brand and protect company assets.

Responsibilities

• Attainment and upkeep of customers’ accounts including updating information in store systems.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed lease agreements via home visits or phone.
• Sell customers on renewal benefits and timely payments.
• Assist in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle and safely operate it.
• Support the Sales Team as needed.
