Elantis is seeking a detail-oriented Renewals Operations Specialist to support the Subscription Services Operations (SSO) team in Santa Clara, CA. You will manage renewal opportunities, validate upgrades, and ensure accurate contract data in Salesforce.

You will coordinate with Renewal, Sales, and Finance, verify pricing, maintain installed-base data, and generate renewal reports. The role requires 2+ years in Sales Operations or Contract Administration and strong Salesforce knowledge.

• Solid Salesforce knowledge and aptitude.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-validation skills.

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow through on deliverables.

Responsabilités

• Review and validate upgrade transactions processed by Field Sales and Inside Account teams.
• Coordinate with Renewal, Sales, and Finance teams to align upgrade contracts with existing renewal dates.
• Verify pricing, contract details, and installed-base data for accuracy in internal systems.
• Support installed-base data requests from field teams.
• Assist with data-related projects to improve renewal reporting, accuracy, and visibility.
• Create and manage renewal opportunities and corresponding quotes in Salesforce.
• Support process improvements, reporting accuracy, and compliance requirements, including SOX controls.
• Manage high-volume transactions while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
