Job summary

Trilyon, Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented Sales Operations specialist to support the field and inside account teams with accurate, timely quotes and renewals. This role ensures data integrity and smooth renewal cycles in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with Renewal, Sales and Finance to co-term upgrades, verify pricing in internal systems, and build renewal opportunities in Salesforce CPQ, ensuring on-time renewals and clean data across installed base.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales operations or contract administration.
• Salesforce CPQ experience required; must have created/built quotes.
• Strong data analysis skills with attention to pricing and accuracy.
• Experience with renewals processes and installed base data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and confirm accuracy of upgrades with field and Inside Account teams.
• Collaborate with Renewal, Sales and Finance to co-term upgrades against existing renewal dates.
• Verify pricing and data in Pure internal tools; ensure accuracy before quoting.
• Fulfill installed base requests for the field as needed.
• Build renewal opportunities in Salesforce with corresponding quotes.
