Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Renewal and Reporting Team Lead to oversee renewal processes, Salesforce case management, and reporting programs. This role drives day-to-day leadership, training, and process improvements across the team to ensure accurate, efficient execution.

You will coach staff, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, lead reviews, and implement efficiencies to scale Renewal and Reporting operations.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of reporting experience.
• 3 to 5 years with Salesforce and the insurance renewal process.
• 3 to 5 years health insurance group benefits experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing or guiding complex workflow in renewal, reporting, or case-driven environment.
• Strong renewal processes knowledge and stakeholder support.
• Growth mindset with agility and ability to develop others.
• Strong execution and delivery in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to coach team members with clear guidance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and oversee renewal processes, reporting programs, and workflows.
• Lead daily case discussions and review Salesforce cases for timely resolution.
• Serve as primary contact for Client Management throughout renewal.
• Coach and guide team through training and day-to-day support.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and mitigate risks.
• Provide status updates and elevate issues for timely resolution.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Lead internal initiatives to improve renewal and reporting effectiveness.
