CVS Health is seeking a Renewal and Reporting Team Lead to oversee renewal workflows, reporting programs, and Salesforce-based case management. You will guide complex Renewals, coach team members, and partner with stakeholders to ensure accurate, efficient delivery in a fast-paced health-benefits environment.

The role requires strong renewal process knowledge, collaboration skills, and a growth mindset to drive continuous improvement across the team.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of reporting experience.
• 3–5 years with Salesforce and the insurance renewal process.
• 3–5 years of health insurance group benefits experience.
• Experience managing or guiding complex renewal/workflow in a renewal, reporting, or case-driven environment.
• Strong renewal/process knowledge and stakeholder support.
• Growth mindset with agility and ability to develop yourself and others.
• Strong planning, prioritizing, and delivery in fast-paced settings.
• Ability to coach team members and provide clear operational guidance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and oversee execution of renewal processes and reporting programs.
• Lead daily case discussions and review Salesforce cases for timely resolution.
• Serve as primary contact for Client Management during renewal.
• Coach and guide team through training and workflow adoption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and assess needs.
• Provide status updates and escalate issues for timely resolution.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Lead small internal initiatives to improve renewal and reporting operations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to maintain a high-performing team.
