Qualifications

• 3–5 years with Salesforce and the insurance renewal process.
• 3–5 years health insurance group benefits experience.
• Experience managing or guiding complex workflow in renewal, reporting, or case‑driven environment.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Growth mindset with agility to develop yourself and others.
• Strong planning, prioritizing, and delivery in a fast‑paced setting.
• Ability to coach team members with real process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate renewal processes, reporting programs, and operational workflows.
• Lead daily case call discussions and review Salesforce cases.
• Serve as primary Client Management contact during renewal.
• Coach and mentor team members on training and workflows.
• Gather requirements, assess needs, and support mitigation planning.
• Provide status updates and escalate issues as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Lead internal initiatives to improve Renewal and Reporting effectiveness.
