Job summary

Broadcom is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to partner with the AMER Renewals Sales Team and a global operations group. You will deliver data-driven insights across pipeline, forecasting, and KPIs while building cross-functional relationships and driving efficiencies.

You will own the regional forecasting, generate recurring performance reports, and collaborate with finance, quoting, and data teams to meet reporting needs. A strong presenter with global experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in subscription data or analytics.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Oracle, SAP, and SFDC.
• Ability to build custom reports and dashboards.
• Experience in a global, renewals-focused sales environment.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the global sales operations team to fulfill weekly tasks.
• Provide weekly reporting on opportunities, forecasting, pipeline, and KPIs.
• Own the regional forecasting process and present readouts to business partners.
• Collaborate with finance, quoting, data teams for ad-hoc reporting.
• Develop and maintain pipeline reporting tools and forecasting dashboards.
• Promote CRM adoption and data hygiene across teams to improve visibility.
