Rockwell Automation is seeking a Renewal Specialist to support renewal execution across contracts and subscriptions, collaborating with Customer Success Managers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure timely renewals. This role is remote from anywhere in Canada or the USA, with some travel to customer sites.

You will report to the Team Lead or Regional Manager and contribute to renewal strategies while maintaining accurate renewal tracking in internal systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• US work authorization; we will not sponsor for employment visa.
• Capable of 10–20% travel.

Responsibilities

• Support renewal execution across assigned contracts and accounts
• Coordinate with distributors to initiate and track renewal proposals
• Ensure renewal documentation is prepared, organized, and communicated effectively
• Track renewal status and provide visibility into renewal progress and outcomes
• Maintain renewal tracking in internal systems
