Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Customer Success Manager focused on cybersecurity to manage a portfolio of enterprise and site-based accounts. The role emphasizes ensuring adoption of Rockwell's OT cybersecurity offerings, driving renewals and expansion of annuity contracts, and reporting to the Software Customer Success Leader.

This remote position supports customers across the US, with travel up to 20% of the time.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or account management within enterprise software or cybersecurity domains.
• Ability to translate data into value propositions and renew/expand contracts.
• Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Delivery and Distributor teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise and site-based accounts with a focus on ARR growth.
• Use Gainsight and other data sources to onboard, adopt, expand and renew contracts.
• Translate customer data into value delivered through services and subscriptions.
• Communicate value through periodic reviews and corporate-level QBRs.
• Identify opportunities to expand scope and coordinate with Sales to drive growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service offerings.
