Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Account Support Analyst to act as a strategic partner in renewing client accounts and coordinating administrative functions across regional branches. This onsite role reports to the Director of Account Support.

Responsibilities include analyzing renewal data, collaborating with branch teams, delivering reports, and maintaining CRM processes. A Bachelor's degree and 1 year of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
• 1 year of hands-on experience in account management, sales support, CRM administration, or related fields.
• Ability to read and understand language in contracts.
• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho Desk) and MS Office applications.
• Hands-on experience in Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting.
• Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data of upcoming renewals and proactively contact branch teams to support the process.
• Partner with branch teams to shepherd renewal & amendment opportunities through their lifecycle using BV CRM platform, Salesforce.
• Analyze data and deliver reports to stakeholders.
• Review book of business and current client contracts in assigned areas.
• Support price increases as it relates to annual branch reviews.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners throughout the business.
• Assist with CRM process improvements and collaborate with IT on coding changes and rollout.
