Job summary

BrightView Landscapes Ltd. is seeking an Account Support Analyst to serve as a strategic partner for renewing client accounts and coordinating administrative functions across regional branches.

This role reports to the Director of Account Support and centers on managing the end-to-end renewal process. Responsibilities include analyzing renewal data, leveraging Salesforce/Zoho Desk, producing stakeholder reports, contract reviews, and supporting pricing discussions, while fostering strong partner

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year hands-on experience in roles such as account management, sales support, CRM Administrator, or related fields.
• Ability to read and understand language in contracts.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho Desk) and MS Office applications.
• Hands-on experience in Excel.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting.
• Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills with both technical and non‑technical teams.
• Self-starter with ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data of upcoming renewals and proactively contact branch teams to support the process.
• Partner with branch teams to shepherd renewal and amendment opportunities through their lifecycle using BV CRM (Salesforce).
• Analyze data and deliver reports to stakeholders.
• Review book of business and current client contracts in assigned areas.
• Support price increases as it relates to annual branch reviews.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners across the business.
• Refine key team processes and improve CRM/system efficiency with IT involvement.
• Assist with script testing and rollout as appropriate.
• Manage rejections by legal and centralized billing; elevate issues when needed.
• Ensure awareness of master data governance guidelines.
