Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Renewal Support Specialist to assist with the renewal process, quoting transactional renewals and coordinating with sales to ensure timely, accurate opportunities. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of office experience in a sales or sales support role.
• Experience supporting renewals, subscriptions, or software sales processes.
• Minimum 2 years using MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel).
• HS Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Quote transactional renewals and respond to inquiries from sales regarding expiring contracts.
• Consult with sales to prepare renewal quotes and identify upselling opportunities.
• Build and maintain business relationships with sales teams and partner contacts.
• Attend partner-specific and renewal-related training sessions.
• Collaborate with Product Specialists and partners to support sales efforts.
• Maintain responsiveness to sales and customer needs.
• Manage quote preparation and pipeline tracking.
