Job summary

HM Cragg is seeking an Inside Sales Renewal professional to protect recurring generator-service revenue. You will own renewal and service quotations for existing customers, support Outside Sales with quotes, and systematically follow up on preventive-maintenance and repair quotes, ensuring accurate information and timely actions.

This role emphasizes customer-focused collaboration and disciplined process adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, service-contract renewal, quotation, customer success, sales support, or service administration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of quotations, follow-ups, and deadlines.
• Clear customer communication, disciplined follow-up, problem-solving ability, and sound commercial judgment.
• Working proficiency with IFS CRM/ERP, Microsoft 365, CoPilot, and structured quoting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the renewal pipeline and initiate renewal activity before contract expiration.
• Prepare accurate renewal and existing-customer service quotations using approved pricing, margin, scope, and contract-term guidelines.
• Prepare and issue quotations for Outside Sales when travel or meetings are needed.
• Follow up on generator preventive-maintenance quotations and repair quotations.
• Identify additional-service opportunities from service history and customer requests.
• Escalate opportunities requiring strategic selling to Outside Sales.
• Maintain renewal dates, quotation status, sales stages, and contacts in IFS.
