Job summary

MasTec Renewables seeks a Service Manager to coordinate and oversee projects within Renewable Services. You will manage service projects, control costs, eliminate waste, and ensure customer requirements are met. The role includes developing processes, engaging customers, and leading a team of technicians in safety-compliant operations.

Travel up to 50% and close collaboration with senior management to grow business opportunities and improve project performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of Renewable Energy experience.
• Valid Driver’s License; CDL preferred.
• Must be able to pass the company's driver eligibility requirements.
• Technical certifications or degrees as required by specific role.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all safety policies.
• Lead customer-driven communications for project opportunities, execution status, and project close out.
• Manage all execution aspects of varied services and maintenance projects including allocation of equipment, material, and personnel resources.
• Travel up to 50% and maintain travel availability between field technicians and clients.
• Build client relationships and seek additional business opportunities for the company.
