Job summary

MasTec Renewables, part of a nationwide renewables construction group, seeks an experienced Safety Manager to plan, organize, and implement our safety program across projects. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and corporate EH&S regulations while traveling extensively to project sites across the US.

You will lead safety leadership initiatives, guide on corrective action, and participate in site safety committees.

Qualifications

• Experience leading safety programs on complex construction projects.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and corporate safety and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety program on construction projects.
• Conduct workplace safety checks and initiate Stop Work Authority when needed.
• Lead safety meetings and coordinate with site management.
• Monitor incident reports and leading indicators for project leadership.
• Coordinate safety training and site inspections.
