Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking a field inspection intern to support ongoing wind and solar projects. You will work alongside Field Engineers, perform inspections, and generate condition reports under supervision.

The program spans 12 weeks with on-site deployment across the US and daily per diem compensation. Applicants must be currently enrolled in a BS degree program in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field, with a strong safety ethic and basic

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a BS degree program related to construction or engineering.
• Strong safety focus and ability to follow company procedures.
• Proficient with MS Office and ability to read technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with inspection quality of work on wind and solar projects.
• Maintain organized records of QA/QC data and daily reports.
• Help identify and address deficiencies in a timely manner.
• Interface with field engineers and foremen to ensure QA/QC compliance.
