Zero Impact Solutions in Costa Mesa, CA, seeks a Client Relationship Manager for in-office work. You will communicate updates to clients, coordinate with sales, EVSE support and engineering, track project progress, and act as primary contact.

Post-installation, advise on upgrades and billing, and propose new site installations. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1–3 years in client service or sales, with strong communication and organization skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in client service, sales, or a related field.
• Demonstrates a keen business acumen, proficient in prioritization, and makes informed judgment calls when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Proactively provide regular project status updates, including construction-related updates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while building relationships with prospective clients.
• Partner with the sales team to develop proposals for additional services and installations.
• Analyze client feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Respond to client inquiries and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Promptly escalate concerns to your supervisor and collaborate with other departments to resolve project issues.
• Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure effective coordination between internal teams and external project stakeholders.
• Schedule and facilitate regular client meetings, make time-sensitive phone calls, and provide email updates.
• Guide clients through contracts, diagrams, documentation, and new procedures.
• Following project completion, ensure successful installations by providing billing recommendations, conducting market research, and routing concerns to the appropriate departments.
