Novogradac is seeking an Audit Manager to lead audit and attest engagements for clients in the renewable energy sector. You will supervise staff, strengthen client relationships, and help boost firm profitability while working with minimal supervision.

The role focuses on GAAP-based attestation services with opportunities to contribute to consulting work. CPA preferred and strong communication, mentoring, and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and U.S. auditing standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and professional judgment.
• Ability to manage time and multiple priorities effectively.

Aufgaben

• Assume primary responsibility for client engagements, including planning, staffing, timing and decisions.
• Oversee engagement completion and resolve issues with minimal oversight.
• Supervise and mentor staff, guiding development and maintaining a collaborative team atmosphere.
• Complete annual performance evaluations and conduct performance discussions.
• Assist Principals and Partners with identifying and meeting new clients.
• Identify opportunities to turn technical knowledge into high-value client opportunities.
