The Manager will lead engagements, ensure quality reviews, and develop client relationships while supporting firm profitability and growth in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred.
• 5–8 years in public accounting with GAAP knowledge.
• Strong verbal and written communication; detail oriented.
• Ability to lead and develop staff; manage multiple projects.
• Proven client relationship skills and business development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engagements from planning to completion with minimal oversight.
• Conduct engagement reviews and mentor staff.
• Develop client relationships and pursue new work.
• Support Principals and Partners in business development.
• Enhance profitability through efficient time management.
