Novogradac is seeking an Audit Manager to oversee audit and attest engagements for renewable energy clients, guiding teams with minimal supervision. You will mentor Supervisors, Staff and Senior Accountants, strengthen client relationships and help drive office profitability.

The role emphasizes GAAP application, U.S. auditing standards, and practice development within a national accounting and consulting firm known for real estate and affordable housing expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, CPA preferred or in-progress.
• 5-8 years in public accounting with GAAP and US auditing standards.
• Strong communication, leadership, and client-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engagements, plan staffing and timing with minimal supervision.
• Conduct engagement reviews and mentor staff and supervisors.
• Support principals in pursuing new clients and opportunities.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to profitability.
• Participate in firm panels, trainings, and industry events.
