Novogradac & Company LLP seeks an Audit Manager to oversee audit and attest engagements in the renewable energy industry. You will supervise staff, mentor teams, strengthen client relationships, and help drive profitability.

The role emphasizes GAAP knowledge, leadership, and adherence to US auditing standards. The position sits within the Firm’s Tax/Audit practice, focusing on attestation engagements and related advisory services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and US auditing standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and prioritize effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements, planning, staffing and supervision with minimal oversight.
• Review engagement work and ensure quality and risk management.
• Mentor Supervisors, Senior Accountants and staff; support professional development.
• Support client relationship development with Principals and Partners.
• Identify opportunities to grow client services and firm profitability.
