Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking an Audit Manager to oversee audit and attest engagements for clients in the renewable energy sector. This role emphasizes supervising staff, strengthening client relationships, and increasing profitability with minimal supervision.

The position sits within the Firm’s Tax/Audit practice, prioritizing GAAP-based attestation work, and involves mentoring teams, contributing to business development, and delivering high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required; CPA preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and US auditing standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and professional judgment.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced workload and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from planning through completion with minimal oversight.
• Conduct engagement reviews and supervise staff at all levels.
• Mentor Supervisors, Senior Accountants, and Staff; identify development opportunities.
• Assist Principals and Partners with pursuing new clients and opportunities.
• Represent the firm at conferences, trainings, and business development events.
