Job summary

Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking an Audit Manager to lead and supervise audit and attest engagements for clients, with emphasis on the renewable energy sector. The role focuses on developing client relationships, mentoring staff, and increasing office profitability, while operating with minimal supervision.

You will oversee planning, staffing, and reviews, support Principals and Partners in pursuing new business, and contribute to firm publications and events to enhance the Novogradac

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA strongly preferred.
• 5–8 years in public accounting or equivalent experience.
• Strong GAAP and US auditing standards knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from planning through completion with minimal supervision.
• Conduct thorough engagement reviews.
• Mentor Supervisors, Senior Accountants and Staff.
• Perform annual performance evaluations.
• Assist Principals and Partners with new client opportunities.
• Develop client relationships and seek value-added opportunities.
• Represent the Firm at events and trainings to promote the brand.
• Contribute to the Firm’s publications and business development efforts.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
