Novogradac & Company LLP seeks an Audit Manager to join our fast-growing firm. You will manage audit and attest engagements for renewable energy clients, supervising staff and strengthening client relationships.

Role focuses on GAAP and attestation services, providing leadership to ensure high-quality work, profitability, and opportunities for client development in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred.
• 5–8 years in public accounting with GAAP expertise.
• CPA license strongly preferred; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from planning to staffing and delivery.
• Supervise and mentor Supervisors, Senior Accountants, Staff.
• Conduct engagement reviews and manage performance discussions.
• Assist with identifying and pursuing new clients.
