Novogradac & Company LLP in the United States is seeking an Audit Manager to lead audit and attestation engagements for clients in the renewable energy sector, reporting to Principals. The role emphasizes supervision, mentoring, and growing client relationships while improving office profitability.

You will work within the Firm’s Tax/Audit practice, focusing on GAAP, with day-to-day assignments aligned to audit engagements and related consulting services, according to business needs.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required; CPA license strongly preferred.
• Expert understanding of GAAP and U.S. auditing standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and professional judgment.
• Ability to manage time and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Oversee client engagements from planning to completion with minimal oversight.
• Conduct thorough engagement reviews.
• Mentor Supervisors, Senior Accountants and Staff; develop team members.
• Perform annual performance evaluations and manage staff conversations.
• Assist Principals with identifying and pursuing new clients.
• Grow client relationships and identify high-value opportunities.
• Participate in firm events, trainings and publications to promote the firm.
• Contribute to increasing office profitability through efficient time management.
