Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking an Audit Manager to join our fast-growing firm. This role focuses on managing audit and attest engagements for renewable energy clients, supervising staff and expanding client relationships while increasing office profitability.

The position supports attestation services under GAAP with minimal supervision, and day-to-day work aligns with audit and related consulting services as needed by the Firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (advanced degree is a plus).
• Exhibit expert understanding of GAAP and U.S. auditing standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• CPA license is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Take primary responsibility for client engagements, including planning, staffing, timing, technical issues and other decisions.
• Oversee completion of engagements and resolve problem areas with minimal oversight.
• Supervise and mentor Supervisors, Senior Accountants and Staff; guide professional development.
• Complete annual performance evaluations for assigned staff.
• Assist Principals and Partners with identifying and meeting new clients.
• Identify opportunities to turn technical knowledge into high value-added opportunities for clients.
• Promote the Firm’s image through panels, publications, recruiting events and trainings.

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance
