Job summary

Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking an Audit Manager to join our firm and lead audit/attest engagements for renewable energy clients. The role emphasizes supervision, mentoring staff, and strengthening client relationships to grow office profitability.

You will support attestation engagements focused on GAAP, with day-to-day assignments aligned to audit and related services, under Partners/Principals guidance. CPA preferred; 5–8 years public accounting experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; CPA preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and U.S. auditing standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to lead and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from planning to completion with minimal oversight.
• Conduct engagement reviews and mentor staff at multiple levels.
• Identify opportunities to pursue new clients and high value services.
• Enhance client relationships and contribute to firm profitability.
• Represent the firm on panels, trainings, and publications.
