Job summary

Zero Impact Solutions in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking an Account Manager to blend sales with account management and to coordinate with engineering and customers. You will support contract development and project delivery while ensuring client satisfaction.

You will work with internal teams and external stakeholders to plan, execute, and manage accounts, develop project plans, and research rebate programs that benefit customers, maintaining strong communication and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales support role.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in business analysis or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with meeting deadlines and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage client accounts and projects.
• Attend company meetings and presentations with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients to determine product or service requirements.
• Develop project plans to meet client goals and objectives.
• Research and understand State and Federal rebate programs and how they will benefit the customer.
• Build relationships with clients to ensure brand and project success.
