Zero Impact Solutions in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking an Account Manager to blend sales and account management, coordinating with our engineering teams and external stakeholders to deliver client-focused solutions.

This role requires a bachelor's degree, strong interpersonal and communication skills, experience with CRM, and proficiency with MS Office and Smartsheet. The position is in-person at our Costa Mesa office, with an 8-hour Monday–Friday schedule and potential commission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (required).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales support role (preferred).
• Experience with CRM software and presenting reports to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage client accounts and projects.
• Attend meetings and presentations with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients to determine product or service requirements.
• Develop project plans to meet client goals and objectives.
• Build relationships with clients to ensure brand and project success.
