AES Indiana is seeking a Renewable Team Lead with Solar (PV), Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), and Balance of Plant experience to manage maintenance operations at the Pike County BESS project near Petersburg, IN. The role requires leading technicians, coordinating safety-compliant field services, and driving performance improvements on site.

• Lead a team to achieve goals and ensure safe operations.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in PV/BESS environments.
• Electrical trade qualification with 5+ years on utility-scale systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onsite technicians and third-party teams for PV and BESS maintenance.
• Coordinate safe delivery of field services and plan maintenance obligations.
• Collaborate with Engineering to implement plant improvements.
• Manage contractors and ensure AES safety procedures.
• Ensure accurate documentation of maintenance and safety records.
