Job summary

The AES Indiana Renewable Operations Team Lead with Solar (PV) and BESS maintenance expertise will guide field technicians and contractors to keep our solar and storage assets operating at peak efficiency. Qualifications

• Led teams to meet O&M goals in PV solar facilities.
• Supervised field operations with safety-first mindset.
• Managed maintenance activities for solar, BESS, and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination with onsite technicians and third party teams.
• Identify and stop unsafe work; report hazards and incidents.
• Support safety committees and continuous improvement of O&M activities.
• Coordinate warranty claims with EPCs and vendors.
• Maintain relationships with plant owner representatives.
• Ensure site training and qualification efforts are planned and executed.
• Schedule and manage contractors and onboarding.
• Develop on-call schedules and respond to emergencies.
• Document service tickets, reports, and safety permits accurately.
• Collaborate with Engineering on investigations and change management.
• Track inventory with Procurement and initiate re-orders.
• Assist in construction/commissioning activities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
