Motive Holding Companies LLC in California is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex renewable energy projects, including commercial solar, BESS, and EV charging infrastructure. You will be the central point of accountability for delivering exceptional results to clients and the company.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams from development through construction, manage budgets, report progress, and ensure high-quality delivery on time and within budget.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; PMP or advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of project management experience in construction or real estate development.
• Experience with commercial rooftop solar, solar canopy, battery energy storage, or EV charging preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate complex renewable energy installation projects from initiation through completion.
• Communicate with clients weekly or daily on project performance and deliver reports.
• Deliver projects ahead of schedule, under budget, with high quality through cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor expenditures against budget and contract, identifying trends for improvements.
