Job summary

Utilities One Group seeks a Renewables Project Manager to lead electric vehicle charging, battery storage, and solar projects. You will coordinate field teams, customers, subcontractors, and internal operations to ensure on-time delivery and accurate status reporting.

The role requires strong communication, risk management, and collaboration with engineering, procurement, and finance to optimize schedules, budgets, and closeout activities. Travel to sites will be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction, infrastructure, electrical contracting, renewable energy, or related field.
• Experience with EV charging infrastructure (L2 and DC fast).
• Strong ability to manage multiple active projects with clear status and risks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily communication with active construction sites and track status, milestones, and blockers.
• Capture and report project information in company reporting systems with accuracy.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and provide proactive status updates.
• Coordinate internally across construction, operations, engineering, procurement, and finance.
• Maintain detailed project schedules and identify delays; develop recovery plans.
