Utilities One is seeking a Renewables Construction Manager to lead field construction for EV charging projects, batteries, and solar initiatives across the United States. You will manage site teams, coordinate with engineering, and ensure safety, quality, and on-schedule delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in construction management with at least 2 years in EV charging infrastructure, strong contractor oversight, and adeptness with budgets and schedules. Travel is required seasonally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management experience.
• 2+ years in EV charging infrastructure.
• Ability to manage contractors, budgets and schedules.
• Willingness to travel and work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day construction management for EV charging station builds (civil and electrical).
• Manage contractors and crews: scope, scheduling, productivity, and reporting.
• Enforce safety programs and jobsite compliance (tailboards, JHAs, stop-work authority).
• Oversee quality control: inspections, testing coordination, punch lists, as-builts, closeout docs.
• Control project cost and schedule: forecasts, change orders, material tracking, invoicing.
